What are your delivery times?
We are shipping with UPS from various locations in the US, transit time is usually 2-3 business days.
How much will shipping cost?
We are offering free shipping for all rollators to locations within the lower 48 states. Service parts are shipped through USPS and the shipping costs are calculated based on size and weight of the item(s).
Can you provide worldwide shipping?
At the moment, we are shipping only within the USA. However, shipping on demand is possible to Canada and certain US territories (e.g. Puerto Rico). Please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping options and costs.
How can I cancel my order?
Please contact our customer service at email@example.com to cancel your order. Please note that we can only cancel orders that haven’t been processed and shipped from our warehouse, yet.

Yes, we do offer free exchange of defective items according to our terms and conditions.

Do you offer extended warranties?
Unfortunately, at the moment we don’t offer warranties that go beyond our standard warranties.
